"Our mission isn't to 'locate' a man's superior psychological processes in limited areas of the cortex. It's to find out, through a thorough analysis, the groups of concerted areas of the brain that are responsible for the execution of complex mental activities."
— Alexander R. Luria, The Working Brain: An Introduction to Neuropsychology (1973)
My interests span altered states of consiousness, emotional processing, meditation and their associated neural mechanisms. I am also ineterested in mental health conditions, for example psychosis, and understanding both the causes of such disorders and potetnial therapies related to them.
